The Modern Naturalist program was born out of my own personal brand of wellness. I developed this program after taking a yearlong sabbatical period from work. Having experienced burnout not once, but twice, I realized it was time to do something wildly different. Here, I share a collection of practices and places that have helped me to be –and stay– well.

Ready to recharge?

It is time spent in wildplaces that recharges my soul the most. These weekend retreats are designed to help you rest, unplug, and adventure. I introduce you to some of my favorite places through a half-day or full-day field trip, and then leave you with an itinerary to continue exploring on your own or with your group.

Trips include:

1:1 orientation call
½ day or full-day field trip

1:1 reflection & integration call after the trip

Note: Travel and lodging are not provided, and they will need to be booked by the participants. I would be happy to share ideas during the orientation call.

Coaching is a 4-week program designed to guide you in creating your own excursions and connecting with experiences that recharge your soul. I’ll support you 1:1 with your journey to rest and play and help you develop and run your own experiments for your life. Together, we’ll find out what does and doesn’t work for you to live and stay well.
